About the Beach House

The Beach House is a beach front cafe, bar and restaurant in Mudeford. We are uniquely situated on the sandbank at Hengistbury Head commanding stunning panoramic views across Christchurch Harbour. It is a great venue for relaxing with friends or just people (and boat) watching.

We serve fantastic fresh fish dishes along with family favourites from breakfast time onwards.  The atmosphere both inside and out daytime or evening is one not to be missed, so why not soak up the scenery and enjoy the atmosphere that this unique location has to offer.
